I delight in walking Fern, my English Springer Spaniel, through the woods and fields around Stanmer and over the South Downs.
Of course, we dogs don't bother with kissing, but any human who is so inclined could find gorse in bloom in any season of the year.

Fern's puntuation does rather let her down, but one has to remember that very little time was given over to this subject at her training classes.
